“But when, He, who had chosen and set me apart (even) before I was born and had called me by His grace (His undeserved favour and blessing), saw fit and was pleased to reveal (unveil disclose) His son within me so that I might proclaim Him among the gentiles (the non-Jewish world) as the glad tidings (Gospel), immediately I did not confer with flesh and blood (did not consult or counsel with and frail human being or communicate with anyone)” Galatians 1:15-17 (AMP).
LIGHT FOR NOW: The beginning of a life of exploits is to know what you have been graced for.
To be graced by God is to be divinely empowered for a unique purpose. It means to be uniquely gifted for something and to be favoured for exploits. Every man is born for a purpose. There is something that God has put in you that makes you unique and special from others. It is the defining factor that defines you, the mystery of divine ability and the Grace of God upon you for a specific assignment. The beginning of a life of exploits is to know what you have been graced for.
The Bible in Acts 10:38 tells about how Jesus was anointed (graced) by God and He did exploit in His area of calling. Your exploits or results are tied to your assignment. This means that you are graced for a specific purpose and you have to locate that purpose and stay there. Remember John the Baptist was graced to preach about the coming of Christ in the wilderness and He was excelling in that area until he decided to move from the wilderness (his purpose) into the palace where he was beheaded.
You cannot be everybody and you cannot do what everybody is doing. There is a particular area you have been graced for and you need to focus on that calling until you become a household name in that area.
To be graced for something is to be given special empowerment to do a particular thing. It means God has given you the ability to make things happen. You must therefore not desire to be like other people. It is an act of foolishness to try to be like another person when God has made you to be special as you are.
INSTRUCTION: Discover what you are good at and stay there.
PRAYER: Lord, thank you for the ability you have given me to make things happen, in Jesus Name.
QUOTE: Your exploit and result is tied to your assignment.
