“Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things” – Matthew 6:25-26, 31-32
LIGHT FOR NOW: In your words or daily confession, you can tell if you are in worries or faith.
Jesus in Mark 11:23 has this to say “For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith”. Jesus says “You have what you say”. Hence if you worry, you have your worries but doubt, fear, and worry will die unborn until they are spoken in words. So when the believer prays in worry, it’s a waste of time. Mark 11:24 “Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them”. You must first deal with worry before you pray. You can’t worry and pray at the same time. You will first refuse to take the thought. However, what we often do wrong is that we are praying and praying, we are giving thanks and grumbling, trusting God and fretting. God will not deal with worry for you. You will have to deal with worry by yourself because you can.
2Corinthians 4:13 “We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak”. To deal with worries and anxiety, use your words in faith. Declare you are blessed, and say “I win” in the face of apparent failure. Your life rises and falls on your words; the same for your ministry. Your words will catch up with you. Faith unspoken is faith non-existent. Faith works in two places; in the heart and in the mouth (Romans 10:9-10). Everything in the spirit is voiced out in faith. Glory!
INSTRUCTION: Use your words rightly.
CONFESSION: I use my words rightly; I speak words of faith and victory. I refuse to be worried or anxious. There is no fear in my future, there is no fear here. I win, in Jesus name, Amen.
QUOTE: You rise or fall to the degree of your words.
