HOW QUICKLY SHOULD I USE MY WORDS? (5)

“And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them” – Mark 11:22-24

LIGHT FOR NOW: The believer must learn to speak from the place of his position in Christ; the knowledge of his reality should inform how he speaks.

The believer is seated with Christ, exalted in him, the same authority given to Jesus is given to him today. Ephesians 1:20-23 “Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all”. Ephesians 2:4-7 “”.
The believer’s authority is not given as an ornament; it is not a decoration; it is to be used – it is necessary. It’s availability in the first place shows its necessity. Jesus often spoke that which had been spoken ahead of time about him in scripture. He spoke the word. Matthew 27:46 “But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus”. He was quoting Psalm 22:1 “My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring?”. Jesus filled his words with the word. You must do the same. You must fill your words with his word. Glory!

INSTRUCTION: Let God’s word find expression through you in your word.

CONFESSION: I fill my words with the word. I speak faith-filled words, and I have whatsoever that I say, in Jesus Name, Amen.
