“By this we come to know (perceive, recognize, and understand) that we abide (live and remain) in Him and He in us: because He has given (imparted) to us of His [Holy] Spirit. And [besides] we ourselves have seen (have deliberately and steadfastly contemplated) and bear witness that the Father has sent the Son [as the] Savior of the world.Anyone who confesses (acknowledges, owns) that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides (lives, makes His home) in him and he [abides, lives, makes his home] in God.And we know (understand, recognize, are conscious of, by observation and by experience) and believe (adhere to and put faith in and rely on) the love God cherishes for us. God is love, and he who dwells and continues in love dwells and continues in God, and God dwells and continues in him.In this [union and communion with Him] love is brought to completion and attains perfection with us, that we may have confidence for the day of judgment [with assurance and boldness to face Him], because as He is, so are we in this world” –1John 4:13-17(AMPC)
LIGHT FOR NOW:The believer is not lacking of God’s ability. At new birth, all that makes God God walked inside of you.
In Colossians 2:8-10, the Apostle Paul echoes this as rendered by the Passion Translation; “Beware that no one distracts you or intimidates you in their attempt to lead you away from Christ’s fullness by pretending to be full of wisdom when they’re filled with endless arguments of human logic. For they operate with humanistic and clouded judgments based on the mindset of this world system, and not the anointed truths of the Anointed one. For he is the complete fullness of deity living in human form. And our own completeness is now found in him. We are completely filled with God as Christ’s fullness overflows within us. He is the Head of every kingdom and authority in the universe”.
Christ is the complete fullness of deity in human form and we are completely filled with God as Christ’s fullness overflows within us. So, the believer is he that carries the fullness of God; hence, he is completely filled with Christ because Christ is the fullness of God and Christ Jesus is all there is to God. As Jesus is, so the believer is; as God is, so the believer is. The believer carries within him the abilities, capacities and capabilities of God. The born again man is not deficient of God’s ability, he is sufficient of God’s ability. All of God is in Christ and all of Christ is in the believer and by implication, all of God is in the believer. Glory!
INSTRUCTION:You are filled with the fullness of God; acknowledge this.
DECLARATION:I have all of God’s abilities, capacities and capabilities; I am completely filled with the fullness of God, in Jesus Name, Amen.
QUOTE: All of God is in Christ and all of Christ is in the believer.
