LIGHT FOR NOW: Words are seeds
It has been established that words and beliefs are two important tools of faith. We are focusing on the words spoken today.
Note this that the words you speak daily can limit you and also give possibilities whether you joke or play while saying it.
You need to know that once words are spoken, forces are enabled. Mark 5:26-28 says “And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse, When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment. For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.” If you notice, she carried out the two powerful tools of faith; she spoke, and she believed. This woman had spent all she had on doctors but no improvements; rather, it became worse.
On hearing Jesus was entering, she decided she must touch His clothes, and by so doing, she will be made whole. Notice also that she didn’t consider the crowd that was always with Jesus or how she would break through to get to Jesus. What gave her the possibilities to attain what she wished were the positive words spoken? In Mark 5:30b, Jesus asked who touched his garment.
In a crowd as such, there were tendencies of many touching Jesus’ clothes just as the disciples replied him; but he knew that virtue had left him.
What we have deduced from here is the possibilities associated with spoken words.
What are you speaking to that situation and circumstances surrounding you, your business, marriage, career, or your family? Are you aware that words can limit your destiny? Why not speak positive words always about that situation and circumstances; and believe that you have it? Hear this, when words are spoken, God is in a hurry to hear you. Glory!
